(Please choose an end time up to 7 hours after delivery and before sunset; indoor rental pickups okay if later than sunset; next day retrievals MUST be scheduled that way below first and subject to availability; if more than 7 hours rental time requested, will default to 7 hour rental based on start time at IDEAL DELIVERY TIME in the response just answered above.
Please answer BOTH questions below. We only deliver to the very specific zip codes listed on the order form below. Presently we are very limited on delivery vehicles, delivery people available, and time. The average bounce rental takes 15 to 20 minutes to drive to and once on location another 15 to 30 minutes to set up, so about an hour each. Most folks want their rental by early afternoon but not before the crack of dawn. Thus, between 8am and 2pm there are 6 hours of primetime customers want a bounce which means at an hour each 6 is the usual max to go out in one day. If we instead make longer drives that are 30 to 40 minutes each we will then cut our time available in half and only be able to see 3 customers. We are in this business to deliver as many bounces as we can, not drive as much as we can. To effectively accomplish this we only provide delivery coverage as listed below in the zip code section. Driving further to locations outside of our delivery area for a little extra gas money does not take into consideration the time that is lost, the other business we lose driving instead of delivering. We hope you will understand if out of the area and perhaps consider our self pickup options instead.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: We turn away customers holding your spot so we request a minimum $40 prepayment towards your rental balance that will instead be forfeited as a cancellation fee under certain circumstances. Any payment beyond $40 made in advance is always subject to a full refund when cancellation occurs (the first time a rental is cancelled/see below). You agree to forfeit the $40 prepayment if you cancel this rental with less than 7 full days advance notice, customers reserving the same week as their event cannot provide 7 days notice and are always subject to the cancel fee after reserving. We understand people get sick, plans change, etc. but please also understand we might turn away 5 or 10 customers that once wanted the spot we held for you turning their business away. You may reschedule with us one time only and transfer your prepayment to a new date but we will first require the full payment for the new reschedule date be made to keep your new 2nd date on hold; if your 2nd date is also then cancelled the full rental fee will be forfeited as will have then LOST 2 RENTAL SPOTS for your 1 order and it is just not fair to make us lose 2 spots others will probably want but we had to turn away for you 2 different dates (this only applies to personal reason cancellations, poor weather cancellations are always 100% refundable before delivery is made no matter how many reschedules). FOR WEATHER RELATED CANCELLATIONS: ALL PAYMENTS ARE FULLY REFUNDABLE IF CANCELLED BY US DUE TO WEATHER. Some rainy dates are questionable and we may ask you to accept delivery or not, on these days we also offer refunds but ONLY until before delivery as ALWAYS after ANY delivery there are no refunds nor credits offered. The cost to get your location and back in both transportation costs and labor fees do not disappear with bad weather if we actually come to your location, so please only accept delivery if you are okay with this. If there is like a 20% chance of rain and you cancel because of that, yes we charge the fee. We will not cancel any rentals unless we are certain rain is likely (50% or higher) or strong winds (25-30 mph) during your use, sometimes we are able to only delay but still come out later if you wish. Under no circumstances are refunds offered after delivery unless it’s a performance issue and we are contacted immediately about it as stated in our rental contract. By placing your reservation you agree to these terms.
CUSTOMER SELF PICK UP ONLY REQUIREMENTS: 1) vehicle with sufficient transportation space; 2) capable to transport up to 320 pounds by self to your install location w/your own dolly/handcart; 3) credit/debit card to charge security deposit (not required on delivered rentals); 4) only one rental item allowed at a time per self pick up customer
**VERY IMPORTANT FINAL NOTE** This form WILL NOT SEND UNLESS you have an entry in EVERY FIELD that does not say “optional” or in other words you should probably just enter something in every box even if you have to make something up. We use to get numerous incomplete forms making us chase down for answers that are easily answered above and hence all info requested is required or the form won’t send.
