** WARNING **
"Residential" (store bought) Inflatables For Rent Alert
Banzai "residential" water slide does not hold up as a commercial use party rental
TRUE STORY WARNING FROM ONE OF OUR RECENT CUSTOMER:
"Before finding Air Jump Moonwalks we found a person renting
out the real cheap store brand residential bouncy castles like those in
the Air Jump warning. The other place told us it was a commercial
style rental and the price was just too good to pass up. We picked up
the bouncy castle on a Friday night and inflated it right when we got
home. To our dismay the cheap inflatable could not even withstand the
weight of our 2 year old jumping by himself. In a panic I contacted Air
Jump Moonwalks last minute and they brought us a REAL bouncy castle to
save the party. The cheap inflatable warning is no joke. Everyone
should be careful before choosing their bouncy provider. For a great
commercial bouncy rental that won't disappoint I definitely recommend
Air Jump Moonwalks." - Jamie N. / Overland Park, KS
It's
been brought to our attention a local inflatable provider is offering small "residential" (store bought) bouncers and marketing them as rental
quality inflatables.
They
are purchasing the $300-$400 inflatables sold at Walmart, Kmart, and
Ebay and advertising them as commercial inflatable rentals.
What
you may not be aware of is they are smaller, made of very cheap nylon
or cloth instead of heavy duty vinyl, and never intended for regular
party rental use.
Many of these cheaper inflatable actually come with a NOT FOR RENTAL PURPOSES warning right on the label.
Pictures can be very deceiving - beware when you see pictures like these without getting the full bounce size & weight details:
You might think you're looking at full size rentals above but only because there is no frame of reference.
The cheapest price isn't so great when only 2 or 3 toddlers can enjoy the rental... who has only 2 or 3 toddlers at a party???
So
let's add the manufacturer's alternate view with child in the picture so you so you can see the true
size:
Will your party enjoy an inflatable half the size just because it's cheaper?
The bounces above all weigh less than 100 pounds and stand less than 10 feet tall. They are usually manufactured by a company called KidWiise or Blastzone.
Walmart sells these, Kmart sells these, Toys R Us sells these, Amazon.com sells these, & Ebay sells these - all for about $400 or less - you can look them up yourself.
Real party rental inflatables weigh 200 pounds or more and cost $2000 or more.
We're not spending the extra money on quality inflatable equipment
because we like spending money - we do it to provide you a great
inflatable!
Compare the above cheap store brand models to the real deal party inflatables we offer:
Hopefully you can tell the difference in not only size but quality. These are big inflatables that weight over 200 pounds a piece. Trust us, you don't want to come pick one up for yourself, so we install them for you!
We have more pictures available by simply clicking on any picture shown on our home or descriptions page.
We realize a small percentage of folks might need a small bounce house, we're sorry that's not our focus area.
We'd
be glad to provide a real inflatable for your special event because
let's face it, you only get one chance to plan it right.
When
it comes to an inflatable rental you'll likely get what you pay for...
when a deal sounds too good to be true it usually is.
Choose Air Jump Moonwalks for an awesome party rental experience!
